Rafi is a 8 month old Springer cross Retriever. Super cuddly boy who thrives on attention, adores nighttime snuggles. He loves playing but is not overly energetic and not mad like a Spaniel. He was guarding odd things when he arrived although a sharp no and he has now given in and foster mum Maxine can cuddle him in his bed and take toys etc from him without an issue. He has no food aggression. I feel he needs someone that will carry on with what foster has done and say no to him after all he’s just a goofy puppy.
He travels well, recall okay ish but could do with some work never goes far but will carry on sniffing then come to you, doesn’t pull on lead!!! He is submissive with the other dogs and hasn’t bothered with yard cats, and loves the horses. This boy needs an active experienced outside type home, on a farm or stable yard would be ideal.
A home with older teenage plus children, with other dogs and cats would be okay as long as dog savvy. A work in progress is Rafi. He is in foster in West Sussex and he is neutered vaccinated, chipped, wormed and flead. Adoption is subject to meet and greet, homecheck and adoption fee of £300.
